Rules and Regulations
- Each project must be based in the United Kingdom
- Projects should not request more than maximum grants offered
- Applications will be accepted from individuals or non-profit organisations only
- We will only accept one application per organisation or responsible person
- Employees of the Ageas group and their immediate families are excluded from entering
- Both responsible persons for the project must be 18 or over
- The Green Insurance Company will not take responsibility for documents/photographs that are delayed or lost due to actions within the postal service
- The Green Insurance Company will not be able to return any documentation or photographs
- It is essential to photocopy any important documents before posting them to us. We will not be held responsible for misplaced documents
- The decision of our judging panel and The Green Insurance Company is final
Video
The video has a suggested length of 3 minutes and to last no longer than 4 minutes. Your video will not be viewed if it lasts longer than 4 minutes.
Photography
- You can only submit a maximum of three photographs
- The photographs must be taken to illustrate your project
- You must have obtained permission from everyone who appears in the photograph before submitting it, including the consent of the parent or guardian of any person under the age of 16.
- Photographs must have been taken within the United Kingdom
- Photographs can be entered in colour or black and white but they must not be digitally enhanced
- By entering any photograph you are in agreement with The Green Insurance Company to use your image for publicity purposes on our website or on flyers etc
If your application does not comply with the criteria above, it will not be assessed and unfortunately we will also not be able to recommend alternative funding sources to you.
